Intermedia provides cloud-based business communications and collaboration solutions used by 100K+ small and medium businesses and resold by thousands of partners. In considering a move to more segment-specific offerings, we were engaged to provide needed customer insight into medical offices and legal practices.


Using a customer discovery framework, we conducted qualitative studies to validate our researched hypotheses, then analyzed the findings to prioritize the most solvable customer problems. These insights gave product teams a much deeper understanding of customer needs and pain points, which led to fact-based decisions regarding new market opportunities.
